Stuart Technologies operates this survey at gifts.stuarttech.com. We store your email so you can sign in with a magic link, resume an unfinished take, and reopen results.

Answers and scores stay on your account. The admin panel shows email addresses and participation status but has no access to another person’s answers or results. We do not sell survey data.

Anonymous group statistics are optional and off by default. If you opt in, only your latest completed take contributes. We publish summaries after at least 30 people opt in, round percentages, and hide small response groups. If you opt out, your take is excluded from future calculations; previously viewed or saved group summaries cannot be recalled.

You can download a PDF or share card and send it yourself. We do not give an admin or another account access to the private results page. Magic-link and invitation sign-in emails are sent only for account access. You can request account deletion by contacting Stuart Technologies.
